Abstract
A video essay analyzing the story and gameplay of The Last Of Us Part II through the lens of "eudaimonic entertainment", a form of entertainment media designed to create a dialog between media content and the audience, prompting them to reflect on their own lives. The video examines specific story beats and gameplay segments in addition to the larger structure of the game's narrative, explaining how The Last Of Us Part II successfully implements a eudaimonic experience into a video game.
