Abstract
This project researches neural networks, focusing primarily on image recognition. To complement the research, a program was made using Python and the Tensorflow libraries to distinguish between photographs of three siblings. The results of this will be used to demonstrate what is required to create a functioning image recognition program, as well as the many ways a neural network could go wrong. This is important as neural networks are being used in increasing numbers around the world, in places that can have great impacts on lives, such as judicial systems. A flawed program can have life-altering consequences.
