Abstract
This study focuses on assembling a high-performance computer within a reasonable budget, demonstrating that advanced computing capabilities, once considered a luxury, are now increasingly accessible for a variety of everyday tasks. While the project centers on a gaming-oriented setup, the broader narrative addresses how essential computing functions, like web browsing, document editing, and media handling, have become more attainable, highlighting the evolving nature of technological accessibility in modern society.
