Abstract
This session reviewed Brockport's work with the American Association of Colleges and Universities sponsored 2023-24 Institute on Open Educational Resources and efforts since then to keep the OER program growing.  This virtual year-long faculty professional development initiative featured sessions with national leaders and change makers. The Brockport cohort team included four instructional faculty and one librarian, who with others, provided the basis for a campus faculty learning community to provide support and advocacy for using OER.  In the year since then (2024-2025), faculty in the cohort received a SUNY IITG grant to study OER and AI, published scholarly articles, made presentations and videos to enhance outreach, created the first "Open Access Excellence and Impact" Award and more.  A Spring 2024 faculty survey indicated desire for additional practical how-to workshops related to OER, open access, and open pedagogy, providing a path for future efforts.
