Abstract
Online Friends in a Digital Field is an interactive art installation celebrating the joy and
deep connection that comes with the relationships we form online.
This project seeks to show the many kinds of relationships people can achieve in digital spaces and to reflect on the significance of our digital relationships, proving that distance does not lessen the depth of human connection.
The project invites participants to connect through a timeless gesture–the act of writing a letter to someone they know.
