Abstract
An exploration of how open source technology has affected the creation of experimental electronic music interfaces and instruments. Also, a discussion on how open source technology and the DIY subculture has made educational tools more accessible for people trying to learn electronic music making, creative coding, physical computing and electronics prototyping.
