Abstract
This project focuses on how BOCES centers operates and budgeting concerns. My project also takes readers into two trade programs at Barry Tech BOCES. (HVAC and Automotive Technology respectively) Interviews with students, instructors and people directly involved with the BOCES programs are also interviewed.
