Abstract
The purpose of this study is to give a new view to the on-going conversation on the issues within the home health care system. From a family viewpoint, my initial issues at hand were comfort, consistency and insurance. Through an auto-ethnographic approach I analyzed my participants day-to-day interactions between all health related services and collected data for a week. The findings concluded that time, communication and consistency are other problems faced by families involved in home health care.
