Abstract
This research paper covers issues music conservatory graduates face after they're done with their studies. My research is based primarily on information solicited from professionals in the industry. This paper discusses the strategies and approaches that can help graduates better prepare for auditions using the information they've acquired through their studies and networking the networking necessary to have a successful career.
