Abstract
This is a deep dive on what it takes to achieve equity and equitable compensation in the dance industry. First deconstructing the idea of what these aspects are and how they pertain to the arts and then diving deeper into how these definitions relate to dance and there can be a change amongst the community to solve some of the most pressing issues.
