Abstract
This is a review of the current procedures regarding Cultural Resource Management (CRM) Archaeology and improvements that can be made to avoid concerns of lost artifacts and a timely construction schedule. In this paper, I examine the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) of 1966 and its included organizations and sets of laws.
