Abstract
This senior project paper outlines my goals and process as an actor while working on my theatrical adaptation of Osamu Dazai's novel No Longer Human. I describe my personal goals as an actor and how I approached playing the main character, Yozo Ohba. The research section of the project focuses on Borderline Personality Disorder as a possible lens to understand Ohba's behavior and psychology. Finally, I share details about the collaborative process my team developed over the course of production.
