Abstract
Microwave spectroscopy was used to find the rotational spectra of 2H-nonafluorobutane (2HNFB). This paper discusses the use of the program Pgopher and how it aided in analyzing a rotational spectra microwave spectrum as well as using the rotational constants from the experimental spectra to fit the parent isotopologue and 13C isotopologues of the molecule. Diagonalization values, as well as the moment of inertia tensor values, were used in finding the rotational constants of the molecule. The experimental rotational constants used were A= 1472.282 MHz, B= 548.5297 MHz, and C=510.349 MHz.
