Abstract
Recently I am obsessed with curiosity of sound. The mysterious and space-shifting nature of sound leads me into the new area of research in which I explore the making of sound through interactions with jewelry and between wearer (player) and viewer (hearer). The possibility of auditory experience, even with a small snippet of sound from objects, could transport the wearer and viewer across the multiple layers of meaning behind the objects, fading out the dominance of “visuality”; the preconceived notions of jewelry and adornment that make our eyes blind.
