Abstract
This paper attempts to explore the vast worlds that were made up of different cultures, religions, traditions and governments. We explore the relationship between Native Americans and Europeans during the Colonial period in the seventeenth century. Through the writing and experience of one Jesuit and his relationship with the Iroquois, we are able to dive into the complexities at work in colonial New France.
