Abstract
Neural activations in motor inhibition in healthy controls (HC) and MCI were evaluated through fMRI. Stop signal task behavioral results showed significant differences between younger and older HCs go signal reaction time. Anterior hippocampus showed lower activation in MCI than all HC and older HC, highlighting a potential Alzheimer's biomarker.
