Abstract
Computers have become a vital resource for students and schools however, that doesn't mean everyone has access to them. Many students struggle to gain access to these materials. This is especially true for those who come from lower-income families. In a lot of cases, students who come from these families don't even have access to things like wifi at home so their only solution is to rely on their school or seek help elsewhere. The pandemic has shown that there is a massive need for these materials and that there is a massive tech disparity that affects students. So who can help them? Who do they reach out to?
