Abstract
This senior project in Theatre and Performance involved performing the role of The Child in a devised theatre production of The Silent Observer with the aim of using physical expression to fulfill a key silent role. The work was supported by research into pantomime, the history of mute characters, and Latinx community's experiences of trauma and systemic oppression.
