Abstract
Long Island youth sports were postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving student-athletes miserable. The physical and mental impacts on student-athletes isn't much known, and as the pandemic continues to surge, these impacts created difficulties for the youth sports industry. While youth sports seem to be progressing well today, it's impossible to forget the challenges student-athletes dealt with due to sports cancelation.
