Abstract
This paper explores the implications of a "digital detox" in remote work settings, particularly for digital marketers heavily reliant on online tools. It investigates whether limiting digital media use can enhance productivity and creativity, drawing on the author's experiences as a digital marketer and the insights gained from a personal experiment conducted to assess the effectiveness of such a detox in a professional context.
