Abstract
Happiness is subjective and not in abundance in the world. Many in the Millennial generation are looking for alternate routes to make a living. We live in an era where almost anything is possible due to the flexibility individuals gain from being able to work remotely. The internet has revolutionized how effectively people can work for themselves and follow the path of entrepreneurs before the. In this paper I seek to find out why millennials are choosing to leave more stable jobs in exchange for less secure livelihoods and how are they finding happiness through the gig economy as freelancers.
