Abstract
This study uses survey data to create a predictive model that can identify people who require mental health therapy. SVM, XGBoost, Random Forest, and other machine learning models are trained and their efficacy assessed. Interpretability, feature significance, and actionable insights are prioritized in order to improve accessibility to early intervention and therapy.
