Mind or Body

Mind or Body is a booklet composed of real life quotes from people battling an Eating Disorder. This piece of work aims to reach both the audiences who do and do not have an Eating Disorder. This is implemented by giving readers who don't understand eating disorders an inside look on real people's input. It also allows those readers with Eating Disorders to feel as if their voice is heard and they're not alone. Mind or Body is an emotional piece in hopes of creating awareness involving all eating disorders.
