Abstract
My senior thesis is about me including performance into my art. My art includes dance, martial arts, and other forms of physical interaction as a way of painting. I decided to go this route because I wanted to break from the conventional style of painting. I also wanted to reflect off of my ADHD and Autism spectrum and express my symptoms and struggles with them in my paintings. My paintings also reflects on self healing from my childhood traumas and my more recent trauma in my adulthood.
