Abstract
My project studies a case that has to deal with hair discrimination within the workplace. My paper will discuss eurocentric beauty and how it affects black people when wearing their natural hair or styles like Bantu knots, dreads, and box braids. I further discuss the Crown Act and the advancements society is moving towards.
