Description
This student project by Susan Hantz was an independent study for senior project for undergraduate degree in Comparative History, Ideas, and Culture (CHIC). The research evolved from a class project from CH499, The detective story, with the them "The Case of the missing members", where the class tried to find the answer to where the statue with missing arms and head came from. The statue was located in one of the campus buildings when this study was written but, today it is located inside the library. An extremely interesting historical record about the previous owners of the estates where the campus sits is uncovered with this study.
