Abstract
Consumption and participation in the arts is a common way many people cope with stressors in life. More commonly, people use music and songwriting as a coping mechanism. More uncommonly, people will watch horror movies. These two very different methods are cross-examined to see how they could be used collectively as a personalized way to cope with anxiety and depression by creating a horror-based EP.
