Abstract
The relation between artist Paul Gauguin an Henri Matisse are explored in depth. From the travels to the South Seas to the everlasting themes of Arcadia in nature. Gauguin left a lasting impression on the Fauvist artist that would last a lifetime. And create an innovation in the art world for generations to come.
