Abstract
There are thousands of protein structures available in the Protein Data Bank, but not all of these have known function. Many of these proteins originate in bacterial species and could aid knowledge of antibiotic resistance. Three protein structures were selected for our investigation with the goal of using computational methods to develop a hypothesis of their function.
