Abstract
There have always been inequalities in salaries between genders male and women. But the inequalities in salaries between the WNBA and NBA are the most with the widest margins. WNBA players are getting paid thousands while NBA athletes including their staff such as water boys and towel boys are getting thousands compared to the WNBA. This topic has been mentioned and gaining awareness but I don't truly think people understand what WNBA athletes are experiencing. I will be discussing why WNBA athlete should be paid equal to NBA athletes and their staff.
