Abstract
How do we battle the taboo feelings about the negative change in different aspects of our lives from break-ups to death with the process and balance of unhealthy to healthy coping mechanisms? This senior project was to reflect on such feelings of change and let people know that expressing the emotions of the unknown is a valid way to cope. I explored and expanded my mediums and went through a very rigorous thought process to get where my paintings are today. In the end, all I have is the change to rely on.
