Abstract
An exploration of the environmental racism present within the second-hand industry especially as the resale industry continues to rise in popularity. By including the voices of people who go thrifting for different reasons whether it be financial instability or personal style, the reader gets a holistic view on present consumerism and how that effects marginalized people. As well as connects to the bigger picture surrounding the problems of capitalism.
