Abstract
Anne Boleyn is one of the most infamous Queens of England. She was the second wife of King Henry VIII and the first mistress to make the jump to wife. In the centuries following her 1536 death, her legacy has been reimagined and reframed countless times This senior project uses sources from her lifetime and those from the four centuries after her death to build a picture of historical Anne Boleyn. The project looks at how novels, essays, musicals, plays and television portrayed her.
