Abstract
The purpose for examining the evolution, marketing strategies, and cultural significance of streetwear fashion is to understand its rise from underground subcultures to high fashion also for people to look at the history and to see how streetwear fashion evolved. This study explores the history and impact of the big names like Stüssy, Supreme, and BAPE, as well as exclusivity type marketing and social media in shaping customer demand. Ultimately, this study looks at streetwear's consistent appeal and commercial success in high fashion. The 2000s saw streetwear grow from an underground movement to a global trend. Brands like Supreme and BAPE used exclusivity, collaborations, and cultural connections to build hype and attract customers. At the same time, the rise of social media helped streetwear reach a much larger audience. Looking at these marketing strategies helps us understand how streetwear continues to influence fashion today.
