Abstract
This piece highlights how young black and latin men are combatting the stigmas surrounding the idea of mental health. This podcast uncovers some of the reasons men have declined therapy and what alternatives they may have explored to maintain their mental health. In addition, I speak to some men who have defied the barriers and stigmas surrounding mental health and used therapy to maintain their mental health.
