Abstract
I will be discussing/sharing my personal battles regarding Bipolar 2 disorder and how I was able to cope through art making.
Artists also experiencing similarly with mental illnesses express their dilemas through art making, writing, and through other social movements. While discussing my personal issues, there are many similarities between myself and the artists and I will be developing that further.
