The current SUNY Oswego dining hall website presents significant usability challenges for students. With a cluttered layout, confusing navigation, and lack of personalization, users often struggle to quickly find relevant meal information. These issues impact accessibility, frustrate daily use, and limit engagement with campus dining options. Bitezone addresses these problems by offering a clean, responsive, and user-centered web application designed to streamline the dining experience for SUNY Oswego students.
