Abstract
Using interactivity to reward viewers for their attention, this project aims to bring a classical biblical story into present day. Using the narrative of the female judge Deborah from The Book Of Judges, this project takes key aspects like her heroism, courage and leadership to represent a role model for young adults, like high schoolers, to connect to. This project transforms this historical text by rewriting the story in the format of a poem, with the goal of reaching a wider audience in modern language.
