Abstract
This course emphasizes skills needed to work in the Cannabis industry. Students will build on basic laboratory skills, learning product development and testing methods specific to the industry. Students will be proficient in high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, and Cannabis extraction methods. There will be an emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance with NYS Cannabis regulations.
