Abstract
An exploration of artistic process and creation through the lens of my childhood. This paper includes images of artworks created within the final two semesters of my BFA program and how they correlate with my reflection on my child self's process of art making. As well as exploring the ways I embody different personas, including the child self, as a vessel to create while helping me express the complicated internal and external reality I experience within a marginalized body.
