Abstract
Stress biomarkers such as cortisol and cortisone levels can be measured in hair. Cortisol has been reliably measured using ELISA kits but cortisone has had little ELISA testing. Throughout the summer multiple ELISA experiments have been conducted to validate the results for cortisone like those for cortisol in hair samples.
